Your account and content

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide information you are allowed to submit. You keep ownership of your notes, photos, recordings, and other content. You give Tipsy Club permission to store and process that content only to operate the features you use. You are responsible for checking a record before making it public.

AI and wine information

Pairing Stylist is for wine, food, pairing, restaurants, and wine shops. AI outputs, tasting guidance, prices, venue details, vintage notes, maps, and walking routes may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are general information, not medical, legal, financial, alcohol-safety, or professional wine advice. Check current venue policies, prices, transport conditions, and your own health and safety needs before acting on an output.

Independent tasting notes and third-party marks

A Tipsy Card is a user-created tasting note or review record. It is not official winery advertising, a winery statement, or an endorsement by the producer. Label images and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Tipsy Club is an independent review platform and is not officially affiliated with the relevant winery unless we expressly say so.

Tipsy Card artwork, the Tipsy Club name, and associated marks are separate from wine brands, wineries, and social-media platforms. The display of a bottle name, label, or mark is for identification and commentary and does not imply sponsorship or permission beyond the rights available to the relevant owner.

Acceptable use

Do not probe or bypass access controls, upload malware or someone else's private material, abuse AI or media endpoints, impersonate a merchant, submit deceptive public content, or use the service to harm another person. We may suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.

Availability and changes

This is a beta. Features may change, be rate-limited, or become unavailable, and saved data should not be your only copy of important information. We may update these terms as the product and legal obligations develop. The privacy notice explains how data is handled and how to request export or deletion.
